Tender Description
The City is seeking submissions from a suitably experienced consultancy to provide technical and functional support for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM), Customer Experience (CX) and Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) products to empower our technical support staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to maintain business continuity, system efficiency and optimisation.
This includes assisting with troubleshooting, guiding them through user support processes, aiding in configuration, supporting system integrations and implementing ongoing enhancements to improve their proficiency and effectiveness.
