Tender Description
The Department for Infrastucture and Transport's (The Deaprtment) Program and Project Management Framework (PPMF) provides a practical guide for management of Transport Infrastructure programs and projects.
The Department is seeking to engage a supplier to investigate opportunities to create efficiencies within the internal processes and develop a standalone schedule management framework which enable a greater executive level oversight, more consistent information for internal reporting and provide a one stop for guidance on scheduling requirements to Department’s staff who manage transport infrastructure projects.
