⁠⁠⁠Planned major construction and redevelopment works providing new and refurbished TAS facilities, which are currently seeking DA approval. The lump sum construction value is anticipated to be in the order of $14M; due for commencement in Dec 2024.

EOI submissions will be considered on the following criteria:

• Capacity and resources to undertake the works,
• Experience of the key nominated staff who would be involved,
• Previous experience in education projects of similar size and complexity.
• Experience delivering similar projects via traditional lump sum contract, le references & referees,
• Safety and QA protocols/records.
