Lease of Kiosk at Coffs Harbour Jetty Foreshore

⁠⁠⁠Coffs Harbour is positioned halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. Coffs Harbour is a thriving regional coastal city of approximately 75,000 people and enjoys a unique lifestyle created by its geography and climate. Nestled between coastal slopes of the Great Dividing Range and the 80 kilometres of golden beaches that form its boundaries Coffs Harbour has gained a reputation as a dynamic and rapidly expanding economic hub.

ABOUT THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ):

The Coffs Harbour Jetty Foreshores area is the seaward gateway to the City of Coffs Harbour and a port entry to Australia. The area is primarily Crown land which is managed by the City.

The development of the Jetty Foreshore area began in 2017 and now boasts many food facilities, open space areas, walkways and boardwalks. Incorporated within this area is an outdoor kiosk with outdoor dining.

The City is seeking Quotations from appropriately qualified and experienced persons or organisations for the lease of the kiosk together with the adjacent outdoor dining area under contract CON00525 . The City intends appointing a single successful lessee under a legally binding arrangement.

SUBMISSIONS:

Completed responses must be submitted via online electronic tender box which is the City's only method of accepting submissions, using the editable MS Word version of the Part 3 Response Schedules.

Respondents will receive a Successful Submission receipt, timed and dated upon completion. Submissions made using other media including hard copy, post/courier, e-mail and fax will not be accepted.

The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced quote or all or any part of a quote and reserves the right to conduct this RFQ process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous.

City staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal.

Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted.

Canvassing of City staff and/or Councillors will disqualify that Respondents submission
