Wellington Shire Council invites suitably quantified contractors to tender for alterations and improvements to the Golden Beach Community Centre. Works include the construction of an access ramp, awnings and replacement of fire exit doors.
The date for practical completion is 28 February 2025.
All tenderers must register with the Council and obtain the tender documents, which are available from our tendering website.
All tender submission must be lodged electronically through the tendering portal no later than 2 pm Wednesday 25 September 2024. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Late or facsimile tenders will not be accepted.
