Traffic Management

⁠⁠⁠The Principal is seeking to appoint a Contractor to undertake Traffic Management services, for a period of one year with two extension options of one year each.

The Contractor will be required to provide all labour, plant and equipment, materials, transport/cartage, supervision, administrative costs, travelling expenses and anything else necessary to carry out the services required under the proposed Contract.

This specification outlines the minimum requirements for establishing, implementing and managing a Traffic Management Plan (TMP) for the work under the Contract.

The Contractor will be required to:

• Develop site specific TMPs in accordance with all relevant codes, standards and regulations, while addressing the Principal’s requirements.
• Prepare generic TMPs in accordance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations and conduct annual reviews of generic TMPs to ensure they remain compliant with all relevant codes, standards and regulations.
• Provide traffic management services as required across the City’s operations in accordance with all relevant codes, standards and regulations.
• All TMPs must be prepared by a person holding Main Roads Western Australia (MRWA) accreditation in Advanced Worksite Traffic Management.
