Supplier Arrangement for Playground and Exercise Equipment

Tenders are invited to establish a Supplier Arrangement for the supply and installation of Playground and Exercise Equipment which may be required at various locations within the Sunshine Coast Council Region.

The Supplier Arrangement is structured into three (3) categories:

• Category 1 – Supply of Playground Equipment

• Category 2 – Supply and Installation of Playground Equipment

• Category 3 – Supply and Installation of Exercise Equipment

Respondents may submit a tender for one or more categories. Council reserves the right to award one or more Category at their sole discretion.

Council is seeking experienced and capable suppliers that can meet the category requirements and as such Respondents must be able to successfully address the evaluation criteria.

This Supplier Arrangement will be established for an initial period of three (3) years with two (2) x 12 month options to extend.

Inclusion onto this Supplier Arrangement does not provide a guarantee of supply during the term of this Arrangement.

This is a non-priced Supplier Arrangement. Quotes will be sought from selected suppliers off the Supplier Arrangement for individual packages of work as determined by Council.
