The City is seeking a consultant team to undertake the refinement of the concept and the development of the ready for tender drawing set.

It is expected the head consultant will be a landscape architect with the following subconsultants will be required:

• Electrical engineer.

• Skate and pump specialists.

• Structural /Civil engineer.
