Project goals

To secure a supplier capable of delivering HealthShare NSW employees a wellbeing platform that partners with HealthShare NSW processes, procedures and workplace challenges to work together to enhance productivity in the workplace whilst also building a culture of wellbeing, fostering both individual and team behaviour changes, and promotes a positive workplace culture through open communication and individual counselling sessions through multiple mediums.

Scope

HealthShare NSW seeks a provider experienced in digital solutions, capable of fast turn-around times, secure communication, and effective support for a dispersed workforce to meet evolving needs.

HealthShare NSW offers wellbeing services to enhance productivity and morale, including engagement tools, stress management, and education to improve self-awareness, communication, and motivation. These programs aim to reduce sick leave, lower psychological claims, and boost productivity.

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers diverse support, including counselling, legal aid, and coaching, available through various formats like virtual and in-person sessions.

Preventative measures focus on early intervention to identify psychosocial hazards, educate employees, and build skills like resilience, problem-solving, and leadership. Effective interventions are reported to show increased engagement and reduced turnover or burnout.

Support is provided for traumatic incidents through best practice frameworks, with optional onsite support to help manage incidents and reduce harm. Reporting on these responses shows the benefits of regular support and assists managers in handling situations effectively
