Tender Description
The contract is for the installation of mains replacement in Whangarei Heads, from Scott Road to The Pines Golf Course (Portion 1), from Pepi Road to Crisp Road (Portion 2), and the mains damaged by Cyclone Gabrielle in Taurikura (Portion 3). The works include location and protection of services, traffic management, supply and installation of pipes and ancillary items, pressure testing and disinfection, and commissioning of new water mains.
Site visit is not mandatory, and tenderers can visit the site at their discretion.
Council's preference is for the entire tender process, including downloading tender documents, raising queries and submitting tenders, to be managed electronically using the Whangarei District Council's E-Procurement Portal.
