Tenders are invited for various seawall restoration works at Milsons Point (335m), McMahons Point (21.5m) and Kirribilli (40m). Works at Milsons Point and Kirribilli will comprise toe, foundation and curtain grouting, including pointing of the seawall face. For the sealing of the toe of the seawalls, a sandbag bund wall, sheet piling or the use of scaffold tubing has been suggested.

Works at McMahons Point comprises of two options: a) full reconstruction; and b) in-situ stabilisation.

Final extent of works will be subject to the availability of funds and consumed grouting quantities.

Council reserves the right not to accept any or all tenders received.
