Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Justice (DOJ) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Front Entrance Reconfiguration at Bunbury Courthouse.
The Work includes but is not limited to the demolition of a section of the existing building façade, with the façade to be extended out to the main building line. Will require new glazing, automatic entry door, concrete and epoxy flooring and amending the security and access control systems to suit the new building layout.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 3 Stephen St , Bunbury at 28 Aug, 2024 10:00 AM.
A Mandatory site briefing will be held on Wednesday 28th of August 2024 at 10 AM at Bunbury Courthouse.
