This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Internal Integrity Unit (IIU) is responsible for monitoring the NDIS Commission’s levels of legislative compliance. To achieve this, the IIU uses an Enterprise Risk Management platform known as Protecht.ERM.
To keep up to date with changing legal obligations, and ensure the NDIS Commission is compliant with changing laws, a legislative obligations add-on to the Protecht.ERM platform is required to provide the following:
- a register of legislative obligations applicable to the NDIS Commission
- comprehensive guidance explaining relevant legislative requirements and potential impacts of non-compliance with those legislative requirements
- regular updates (monthly or quarterly) to reflect legislative reform, automatically uploaded to Protecht.ERM.
