Business and ICT system analysis

The ACT Electoral Commission is seeking to engage a business analyst to conduct system and stakeholder analysis for the development and inclusion of a new web-based portal.

The new portal will integrate with a current bespoke ICT business system and database associated with the financial disclosure requirements of candidates and parties.

The successful vendor will then produce a requirements document detailing the necessary alterations and improvements to the module (referred to as ROPOCAD) to incorporate, in particular, stakeholder feedback.
