Algester State School - Infant Toilet Block Upgrade (With Design Responsibility)

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of the Infant Toilet Block Upgrade at Algester State School, located at 31 Endiandra St, Algester QLD 4115, as part of the Targeted (TARGETED) program.

The existing toilet block must be refurbished to include more toilet cubicles. A new pathway must also be formed outside the block. All works are to be completed by 2nd of December 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
