Tender Description
The City of Onkaparinga is seeking professional valuation services to provide a comprehensive revaluation of its entire Building and Land parcel network.
The effective date of the valuation will be as at 31/12/2024 and the valuation services will need to be within the Fair Value AASB113/6 framework.
Council has approximately 2,450 land parcels and 450 free-standing building assets.
The expectation is that the building valuations are conducted “physically”, and a desktop valuation of the land parcels performed.
