The City of Cockburn (The Principal) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide Arboricultural reports, provide technical advice and conduct quantified tree risk assessments of trees in the Principals Parks, Reserves and Streetscapes on both a scheduled basis and an ‘as required’ basis.

The Principal has completed a street tree data pickup of all trees on residential and commercial verges in 2022.

Tree re-inspections are required, and the data shall be collected and entered into the Principals mapping software.

Additionally new tree asset information will be required to be picked up as new street trees are planted or added to new commercial or residential developments within the Principals boundaries.

The Contract shall be in force for a period of three (3) years from the date of Contract award, with a with Principal instigated options to extend up to a further one (1) year after that to a maximum of five (5) years.

The Contract is expected to be awarded in September 2024.

Attendance at this meeting is mandatory.

Failure to attend this briefing will render the Tenderer ineligible to submit a Tender.

Thursday, 22 August 2024 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am (AWST).

The location of the meeting is at:

‘Black Swan’ Room, City of Cockburn Operations Centre, 52 Wellard Street, Bibra Lake.

The briefing will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties with the Principal prior to the closing of the Tender.
