Artefact Heritage on behalf of DD55 Pty Ltd [the Proponent] is undertaking an Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment (ACHAR) for 31 Gaerloch Avenue, Tamarama. The proposal includes the construction of a multilevel dwelling and landscaping. The study area is located within the Waverley Council Local Government Area (LGA) and the La Perouse Local Aboriginal Land Council (LALC) boundaries.
