Operation and Management of Farrow Road Multideck Carpark

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced car park operators for the operation and management of the Farrow Road Multideck Car Park situated at 6 Farrow Road, Campbelltown, NSW – Lot 245 DP1222763 (the Car Park).

The successful operator will work in partnership to develop and implement a long-term strategy that will achieve a range of outcomes for the community and Council. The successful operator will provide day-to-day management of the Car Park which includes but is not limited to access, security, daily maintenance, cleanliness, and amenity.
