Annual Community Events Media Campaigns 2024-2025

⁠⁠⁠Cairns Regional Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced respondents for the Annual Community Events Media Campaigns 2024-2025.

These campaigns aim to provide the Cairns community with clear and accessible information about the range of community events delivered by the Council during the remainder of the financial year.

Enquiries: Quotation enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the quotation. The forum will close five days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

Lodgement of Submissions: Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission to our tendering portal, using the response forms within the quotation documentation.

We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your quotation submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE the closing time.

Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted.

Council reserves the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation.

Council may invite all Respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the quotation specifications.
