Council invites Tenders to undertake road pavement reconstruction, kerb and gutter renewal and footpath replacement at Glenelg Street, Lindisfarne 7015, and Derinya Street, Mornington 7018.
This Tender is divided into two separable portions. The successful Tenderer is required to undertake and complete road pavement, kerb and channel, footpath reconstruction and associated works at both sites.
Glenelg Street, Lindisfarne (between Gordons Hill Road and Henley Street) and a section of Derinya Street, Mornington (between Binalong Road and Culgoa Street) have been identified for road reconstruction on the basis that the road is reaching end-of-life and is due for renewal. The successful tender is required to undertake and complete road pavement, kerb and channel, footpath reconstruction and associated works at both sites.
Pre-Tender Site Meeting: A non-mandatory site meeting is scheduled for 11:30am on Wednesday 21 August 2024, at the corner of Derinya Street 7 Culgoa Street Mornington 7018. Those intending to attend this meeting are requested to inform the contract officer.
