Generator Property Management Pty Ltd (GPM) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractor(s) for the completion of civil construction projects across its Lidsdale site:

1. four construction projects identified for immediate commencement (referred to as Lidsdale Site Construction Projects Contract)
2. establishment of a pre-qualified panel of suppliers for future construction project works (referred to as Lidsdale Site Construction Pre-Qualification Panel) - maximum of five pre-qualified suppliers on a three-year panel arrangement with option for one-year extension.

The four projects identified for immediate commencement (under a fixed price contract) are the freshwater diversions on the Sawyers Swamp Creek Ash Dam; construction of stability buttress section nine for the Kerosene Vale Ash Repository; construction of four sediment control ponds for site's southern catchment area; and installation of drainage and construction of stability buttress at the North Pond.
