Project / Background:
Central Coast Council is seeking Tenders for the engagement of a qualified and experienced Air Conditioning contractor to provide preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure that the equipment operates efficiently in a reliable and serviceable condition.
Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering a Contract with the preferred Tenderer. Council may in its absolute discretion either accept the Tender that, having regard to all the circumstances, appears to Council to be the most advantageous, or decline to accept any of the Tenders.
The appointment of a successful service provider will provide both scheduled and reactive services to Council for a period of 3 years with a possible 2 x 1 year extension, depending on performance.
