Overview

The RATE Professional Development Grant offers once off financial support of $2000 per RATE participant for accredited or non-accredited training for Aboriginal Educators employed in Northern Territory Schools.

All remote and very remote NTG schools with RATE participants are eligible to apply

Before you apply

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible for a RATE Professional Development Grant, schools must have:

  1. Completed a RATE EOI and be an approved RATE site
  2. BKSB diagnostics completed for each Aboriginal Educator seeking funding
  3. Support in place to oversee and coordinate the grant and all acquittals
  4. No overdue financial grant acquittals from the previous financial year
