Tender Description
The works comprise of, but are not limited to, land release via subdivision, urban infrastructure, headworks, infills, and other capital works.
The contract works will encompass all engineering disciplines across multiple phases, each of which is standalone and may involve different panellists. The scope includes, but is not limited to, investigations, consultations, master planning, concept design and documentation (30% design), detailed design and documentation up to Issue for Construction (IFC) drawings, as well as construction delivery supervision and inspections. This panel contract will support the successful delivery of these services.
