Tender Description
The City of Perth ('the City') is undertaking a Feasibility Assessment which will consider the future use of a City owned asset located at 18 Stirling Street, Perth, WA ('the property'). The RFI will assist the City to determine the potential level of current market interest from external parties regarding the potential utilization of the property, in order to determine whether leasing or sale of the property is the most strategic direction moving forward.
