⁠⁠⁠A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:

- Construction of a new carriageway on the northern side of the existing roadway, between Terry Drive and Lambrick Avenue.

- Resurfacing of existing sections of Roystonea Avenue.

- Upgrade of the intersection with Inverway Circuit to a three-way signalised intersection.

- Upgrade of the intersection with Buscall Avenue.

- Includes the following ancillary works: street lighting, drainage, landscaping and other road construction related works.
