Western Bay of Plenty District Council (Western Bay) wishes to procure physical works for the construction of the new Waihi Beach Library and Community Hub, at 106 Beach Road, Waihi Beach.

This space will provide a modern library and community hub for all, amenities for enjoyment and growth, a way to enhance safety in the area, and cultural and social integration.

This procurement relates to the delivery of this building including a refresh of the existing library to establish the hub. The project has been fully designed and will be tendered, following the ROI, using the building consent documentation.
