New Year's Eve Celebrations

⁠⁠⁠Cairns Regional Council invites quotations from suitably qualified Respondents for supply and delivery of either firework displays, drone displays, laser displays or any other appropriate sustainable displays for the New Year's Eve celebrations.

Enquiries: Quotation enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the quotation. The forum will close five days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

Lodgement of Submissions: Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission to tender portal using the response forms within the quotation documentation.

We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your quotation submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE the tender closing time.

Submissions must be fully received by the closing time. Late, verbal or emailed quotations may not be accepted and will be subject to Council's sole discretion. Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Council reserves the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation. Council may invite all Respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the quotation specifications.

Quotations are to remain valid for a period of 120 days from the Closing Time.
