Tender Description
The Principal is seeking Tenders for the provision of consultancy services that will create and implement new Development Contribution Plans (DCPs), and migrate existing Principal's DCP data for the review, amendment, implementation and closure of existing DCPs. The Consultant must utilise and provide the Principal access and training to software which has the ability to deliver the above as well as the financial models and mappings considering creation and validation of geographic information system (GIS).
