1. The Scope of Works applicable to the Balanced Machine Upgrades consist of transfer chute and boom conveyor upgrades to process the high-density ore in addition to structural integrity Works to stiffen and reinforce the existing machines structures.

2. The Balanced Machines to be upgraded include:

a) Stacker ST03

b) Stacker ST05

c) Reclaimer RC03

d) Reclaimer RC04

e) Shiploader SL02

f) Shiploader SL03

3. The scope of Works includes the project management, procurement, fabrication, supply, installation, control system modifications, testing and commissioning of Balance Machine upgrades consisting of the following:

a) Chute Upgrades including transfer chutes, receival chutes, belt cleaners, HPLV spray bar, rear wall pulse spray and blocked chute switches.

b) HPLV dust suppression spray bar upgrades including installation of new HPLV pump cabinet and valve station consisting of filter, flow metering, isolation and solenoid valves.

c) Addition of load limiting profile plates - stacker & shiploader boom conveyors only

d) Boom conveyor drive upgrades - stacker & shiploader boom conveyors only

e) Boom conveyor pulley, idler and skirting upgrades

f) Replacement of tripper tow bars and increasing separation from the main machine, inclusive of rerouting existing cables and ladder and modifying accessways - stackers & shiploaders only

g) Structural reinforcement and stiffening

h) Adjustment of counterweight masses - reclaimers only

i) Weighing of all balanced machines being upgraded and determination of their centre of gravity
