Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Alice Springs Town Council (ASTC) invites tenders from qualified design consultants to develop comprehensive detailed design documents for the Regenerating the Alice Town Centre Project.

These documents will be used for construction tender and execution phases. Conceptual design documents have been produced following the completion of a feasibility stage, outlining design ideas specific to the project location within the Alice Springs Town Centre and informing the forthcoming detailed design phase.
