Tender Description
The Work to be performed under this Contract will include the following:
• all associated site works (including site clearing, earthworks, drainage, pavement, surfacing, landscaping and road furniture works etc) required for the construction of the new road.
• traffic management for the duration of the of the works including construction and maintenance of access the site during construction.
• Temporary management and protection of existing public utility plant (if any), and.
• testing and quality certification of the project, including provision of quality documentation and as constructed documentation to specification standards.
This project is to be carried out in accordance with Project Drawings and Specifications, Particular Conditions of Contract, General Conditions of Contract AS 2124-1992 including Annexures A and B.
The Contract Sum includes a lump sum (Bill of Quantities) and Provisional Quantities.
