Tender Description
The City of Moreton Bay is requesting a tender for the installation of a new HVAC system at the Morayfield Community Hall, the Narangba Community Centre and the Strathpine Community Centre. Also forming part of the tender is a new solar system installation at the Morayfield Community Hall and the Narangba Community Centre.
The solar system for the Morayfield Community Hall will require the tenderer to undertake a Design & Construct approach whilst the Narangba Community Centre design has been completed. In addition to the main HVAC and Solar components of the work, there will be a requirement for the tenderer to undertake all of the necessary electrical, builders and other associated work to achieve the required project outcomes. This includes obtaining any approvals that may be required as part of the work.
