The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for SUPL123958 Storage Solution Refresh.

CITEC currently operate a SAN Storage environment utilizing the Pure storage product line. This includes FlashArray//X, FlashArray//C and Flashblade. The X and C arrays are connected by a Brocade Fibre channel network (The Brocade SAN Fabric is out of scope for this tender). The current arrays are commissioned across two Data Centre’s being iseek LDR2 and Polaris.

CITEC as a service provider manages a multi-tenanted solution and the new services must cater to this requirement. The multi tenancy requirements may stretch separate network, identify sources and security domains.

CITEC is seeking solutions for multiple storage architectures for Block, NFS\SMB File Services, Archiving and Data Protection.

Mandatory requirements these services specifically include:

• Must be able to provide a 24x7x365 support arrangement with a minimum of 4-hour response.
• In the case of a hardware fault/failure in the solution
• Must be able to ship in replacement parts and be available to complete the replacement in a 24x7x365 arrangement as part of this contract.
• Must have existing Storage Infrastructure contracts with organisations greater than 2000 staff and holdings of more than 2 Petabytes of data.
• Supplier must have their own proven migration services to allow CITEC to migrate all current platforms/systems over to their supplied platform.
