In order for Toowoomba Regional Council to consider different delivery options of a Toowoomba Art Museum (TAM) that establishes itself as a landmark building in an iconic location, consultancy services are being procured for the development of fully detailed business case / feasibility study consisting of the following:

1. Stakeholder consultation report

2. Research report

3. Options report

4. Development report on recommended option

5. Business Plan for TAM

6. Consolidated report (presented in a format and style suitable for community distribution)

The purpose of the TAM Business Case is to provide a clear framework for informed decision making on the potential for development of TAM; including the identification of potential issues and risks of the project and to make recommendations on the scope, concept, and business plan.
