DoE seeks to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement with three suppliers who can offer DoE and DoE Customers best overall value for money for the provision of Servers and UPS.DoE also seeks to establish a streamlined procurement pathway for DoE and DoE Customers to procure end user servers, UPS and associated infrastructure on an ‘as needs’ basis.DoE is seeking to reduce overall expenditure by ensuring that the hardware is fit for purpose, considering both functionality and pricing, with options for lower and higher specification choices.
