A SFIA 6 Experienced ICT Contract Manager - Disengagement (Disengagement Manager), to lead the Disengagement activities in support of the Department’s ICT Sourcing Program. Working to the EL2 Commercial Manager of the Incumbent Service Provider, the Disengagement Manager will be responsible from a commercial perspective, for the transition of ICT Services and Responsibilities from the incumbent provider to the successful provider/s (this may include the incumbent provider). These activities will help ensure the disengagement process is managed effectively, while minimising disruption to the organisation and maintaining continuity of services.
