Council is currently finalising an updated alignment option assessment for Wolgan Road which includes strategic design solutions. An initial route has been identified through a preliminary multi-criteria analysis, but further refinement is necessary. Council seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Professional Services Contractor (PSC) to further develop the Wolgan Road Reconstruction Project (WRRP) in finalising a strategic design solution that you will develop to a 100% concept design with planning approval, known as the Concept Design and Environmental Assessment Services (CD&EA Services).
