Expression of Interest – Claron Estate Land Lease

⁠⁠⁠The Council is inviting expression of interest for land lease of Claron Estate, Rinkin Street, Cootamundra for sheep grazing only.

The land consist of 54 acres and may only be used for the purpose of grazing sheep for a 12 month period.

Interested parties must complete and submit the ‘Expression of Interest- Claron Estate Land Lease’ form to Cootamundra-Gundagai Regional Council.

Following the closing date, successful submissions will be notified by phone and receive a follow-up letter. Unsuccessful submissions will be notified by writing within 21 days of closing date.
