Tender Description
The scope of works for this Contract is the supply, delivery and installation of various traffic safety items and signs to nominated sites located within the boundaries of the City of Gold Coast. Goods including but not limited to, the traffic safety items and signs/guide posts detailed in this specification are required by the Principal to deliver operational requirements with timely supply and delivery of goods being critical to City operations.
This Contract is comprised of the following two Separable Portions:
- Separable Portion 1: Preferred supplier arrangement for the supply, delivery and installation of traffic safety items.
- Separable Portion 2: Preferred supplier arrangement for supply and delivery of various signs.
Please note that sample products must be received by the Principal no later that the closing date. Deliver all samples attention Tony Edwards (Sign Shop) at Ashmore depot, 3A/2 Middleton St Ashmore, QLD 4214 prior to the Invitation to Offer closing date and time. Each item must be clearly marked with the Tenderers name. Materials will be returned to any unsuccessful tenderer. The Principal will keep and store the samples as examples of the quality provided by the successful supplier/s for the duration of the Contract.
