The Principal invites suitably experienced and qualified contractors to be appointed to a Panel Arrangement for Civil Works.

The general scope of works for the Panel Arrangement is civil works including but not limited to:

• Roads Infrastructure Assets

• Stormwater Assets

• Emergent Works subject to contractor capability and availability

The Panel Arrangement is for an initial three year term with three two year extension options at the sole discretion of the Principal.

Appointment to the Panel will be subject to the evaluation process outlined in the Invitation to Offer Section 3.

The following two packages have also been provided for Tenderers to quote on as part of this Invitation to Offer process and it is the Principal’s intention to award these packages following the establishment of the Panel:

• Package A – Roads Assets

• Package B - Stormwater

An Industry Tender Briefing is being held at 3.30pm on Monday, 29 July 2024 at the Gold Coast Leisure Centre, Currumbin Room.

Registrations for attendance is required via source2contract@goldocast.qld.gov.au.

Tender documentation will be released via Vendor Panel and Objective Connect due to the number of documents in due course.
