Tender Description

The Walmanyjum Cable Beach Foreshore Redevelopment is a long running key project for the Shire of Broome, with the vision of turning this area into a world class location for Community use and visiting Tourists.

Designs were completed on Stage 1 and Stage 2, with Stage 1 currently under construction and due for completion at the end of 2024.

A concept design was completed for Stage 3 which included, a children’s water play area with ancillary services including pump room and transformer rooms (footprint only), a climbing wall and a mixture of landscape open spaces and garden beds. Dry playground elements were not investigated at this time.
