Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for The Concourse House Lighting. Work will include essential adjustments and requirements to retrofit the Theatre, Concert Hall, and Pavilion's existing house and work lighting control system with minor future-proofing in the form of lighting network upgrades to ensure seamless building wide integration. Also included house lighting fixture upgrades for the Theatre Hall, Pavilion, as well as the Pavilion foyer lighting.

Also included is a blue light system upgrade to provide the needed side stage illumination and allow network integration of the blue light system along with an upgrade of the theatrical dimmer racks.
