Construction of a residential flat building at 3 Abbott Road Artarmon

Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the demolition of the existing building at 3 Abbott Road Artarmon and construction of a three storey affordable housing building. The new building will contain 12 residential units, basement carparking and waste facilities, landscaping and associated works are also included as part of the full scope of work.

Parties shortlisted from this expression of interest will be invited to submit a select tender.

It shall be placed in the Tender Box located within the Customer Service Centre on the Ground Floor at 31 Victor Street, Chatswood 2067, so as to be received in full prior to submission date. EOIs received after the closing time will not be considered.
