Quotations (RFQ) for two (2) Sport Utility Vehicles

⁠⁠⁠Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for two (2) SPORT UTILITY VEHICLES. If you would like to submit a quotation, complete the blocks 17a, 23, 24, 30a and 30b of the attached SF1449 document, and submit it to the address shown on block 16 of the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the best value. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
