Project goals

Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Consultants for the provision of psychometric assessment services for internal and external recruitment.

• Council is seeking tenders on subscription costs for the following assessment services;
• Verbal, Numerical and Inductive reasoning tests. Vendors should also delineate the appropriate control group levels within each assessment group. Council currently tests at all job levels from Entry level through to Director.
• Safety Performance index – assessment of individual’s ability to follow instructions and procedures, generally used for outdoor roles in parks, roads, waste, leisure and recreation.
• Personality assessment tools. Council’s preference is to continue using the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ). However, if the Vendor does not have access to OPQ they should quote on any similar personality assessment profiling they can facilitate.
• Council would require monthly reporting on available credits.
