Project goals
Property & Development NSW (PDNSW) on behalf of the Planning Ministerial Corporation (Registered Proprietor) is facilitating the sale of 151A Dickson Rd, 29 Eastwood Rd and 55 Eastwood Rd, Leppington. It is the Registered Proprietor’s preference to sell all 3 lots in one line, however, Tenderers may elect to purchase individual lots (the Site).
On behalf of the Registered Proprietor, PDNSW is requesting Tenders from Tenderers with suitable experience, financial capacity and a demonstrable commitment to NSW Government policy and objectives to acquire the Site (the Project).
Scope
151A Dickson Rd, 29 Eastwood Rd and 55 Eastwood Rd, Leppington NSW, are contained in the following Folio Identifiers:
- Lot 3 of Deposited Plan 1199842: 15,610 sqm approx.
- Lot 4 of Deposited Plan 1199842: 16,730 sqm approx.
- Lot 5 of Deposited Plan 1199842: 19,030 sqm approx.
This Request for Tender (RFT) contains information about the evaluation, assessment and shortlisting process. Should you wish to submit a Tender, please complete the Returnable Schedules (available in the Data Room, refer to Additional details below) included as part of this RFT.
The selection process will involve the assessment and evaluation of Tenders received in response to this RFT, following which the Vendor may enter into negotiations with suitable Tenderer(s) to reach agreement on the terms of the Project. It is intended that the Vendor and the Successful Tenderer(s) will enter into a contract for sale.
An electronic data room (Data Room) has been established to facilitate the provision of due diligence information for the RFT process.

Access to the Data Room will be granted by PDNSW (at PDNSW’s absolute discretion) on acceptance of a Confidentiality and Process Deed Poll and Authorised User Form.
The Data Room is subject to the Data Room Protocol.
