A voluntary online tender briefing to be held virtually from 11:30am to 12:00 noon on Monday 2 June 2025, Venues NSW will facilitate a virtual tender briefing to help articulate to the open market the opportunity and this Request. Instructions to access the voluntary online tender briefing are set out in Part A - Overview and Conditions of Tendering.

There are various opportunities to attend Venue site visits at Accor Stadium and CommBank Stadium over the Request Period. Instructions on registration to any of the Venue site visits are set out in Part A - Overview and Conditions of Tendering.
