Expressions of Interest close Friday 2 August 2024 at 5.00pm.

Potential tenderers are to submit a capability statement for a 40 Lot subdivision indicating ability to complete clearing and earthworks. It should also show competency working in clay sites.

Capability to include examples of work of similar nature & magnitude. Max 10 Pages

Tenderers will be shortlisted to provide a price for the works and enter into a Schedule of Rates valid for a 12-month period.
